One of the key lessons in the SheSpeak workshop was self-care is relational, you need to care for self on order to care for others, and that we need others as a part of self-care (motivation, inspiration, ideas and/or action). How has listening to and/ or participating in the podcast contributed to your empowerment as a woman who can prioritise/rethink/reposition self-care?
